Shipping Policy

We are currently shipping in Canada only. All shipping costs are calculated in your shopping cart and you can track your purchases.

It may take 3-5 business days to process your order and we will use our best efforts to have products delivered within 10-15 business days once we receive a properly completed order.

Please understand that due to COVID-19, Canada Post is experiencing delays and a significant increase in parcel volume. This has affected our ability to deliver orders in shorter periods of time.

One Stop Compression Sox is not responsible for delays related to Canada Post delivery schedules and at this time, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered exactly on time. We expect that during holidays or limited edition launches, the usual time for delivery may increase. You agree not to hold One Stop Compression Sox liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

To keep you informed after you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation through email that will include your order details. Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification with carrier and tracking information.

As we ship out of Ontario, Canada, local taxes (HST 13%) will be added to your invoice as per Ontario tax regulations for all orders shipped.

At this time, shipping is free for orders over $150 (before taxes) in Canada.
