Ordering Information
After you place your order, we may need to verify information that you provide before an order is accepted.
To keep you informed after you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation through email that will include your order details and you will be notified if part of your order is out of stock and you may be contacted so that we can offer you a comparable alternate brand item.
In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, and If you do not want to wait for the product to arrive, you will have the choice to cancel your order and place a new one.
You will only be charged on items that we can deliver.
Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification with carrier and tracking information.
You understand that One Stop Compression Sox may cancel or limit an order any time after it has been placed.
Out of Stock Items & COVID-19
Please understand that due to COVID-19, product availability may be limited and particular sized or styles may not be available. Usually this is temporary and stock is replenished for immediate delivery. You understand that supply chains may be affected during the pandemic we are facing and that we are doing are best to offer comparable brands should this occur.
